Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital courses, ebooks, templates, and website (collectively, the "Services") provided by MASTERS ENTERPRISING & HOLDINGS INC. ("Academy", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital course access

All courses are delivered digitally through our online learning area. Access is provided immediately after successful payment. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

2. 1-on-1 coaching and support is not the core product

The primary product offered is the digital AI training course, including video modules, downloadable ebooks, prompt libraries, templates, and certification materials. Any 1-on-1 coaching or Zoom support hours included with a package are provided as a complimentary bonus to help you get the most out of the course material, not as the core product or a separate paid service.

Our team believes that if a customer needs extra reinforcement to fully receive the complete product, we provide that support. There is no additional charge for this reinforcement. However, participation in the coaching calls is entirely optional and is not a required component of your purchase.

3. Personal use license

When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own personal or internal business use.

4. No reselling or sharing access

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your login credentials or course materials with any other person or organization. Any violation may result in termination of access without refund.

5. No income or business guarantees

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee income, employment, business growth, or specific results from applying the content. Any examples shared in the course are illustrative, and outcomes depend on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation.

6. Educational purposes only

The content provided is general educational information and is not intended as legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on the information taught.

7. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns. Paddle is responsible for collecting payment, charging applicable sales tax / VAT, issuing invoices, and processing refunds and chargebacks in accordance with its Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). All prices are shown in USD (unless otherwise indicated at checkout) and payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

8. Refund terms

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by Paddle's Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). Refund requests are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.

9. Intellectual property

All course content, videos, ebooks, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of MASTERS ENTERPRISING & HOLDINGS INC. and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MASTERS ENTERPRISING & HOLDINGS INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
